Queen To Reissue Last Five Albums

English rock legends Queen will release reissues of their last five albums as apart of their 40 year anniversary celebrations. The albums will be released on the 5th of September, the date that would have been Freddie Mercury’s 65th birthday.

The albums being released are 1984’s The Works, 1986’s A Kind Of Magic, 1989’s The Miracle and 1991’s Innuendo as well as the band’s final album, Made In Heaven. Along with the reissues, Queen will also be releasing the third in the Queen: Deep Cuts compilation series.

Each of the reissued albums peaked highly in the top Australian album charts, and the band’s first 10 albums were reissued earlier this year.

Queen were recently rumoured to make an appearance at Sydney Harbour’s New Year’s Eve show. The band would play the show with a revolving roster of frontmen, including George Michael.
