PREMIERE: Hear Sydney Pop Trio EVERCHANGE’s Heartfelt New Tune ‘Little Waterfall’

Introducing EVERCHANGE, the new project from Sydney pop-rock alumni Luke McChesney and Maverick Burnett (both ex-Forever Ends Here) and Jess Penfold (ex-The Never Ever).

The trio have only been around for six months but they’ve already been pretty prolific. They’re currently readying to unleash their third single ‘Little Waterfall’ upon the world at midnight tonight, but we’ve got your exclusive sneak peek right-the-hell-now.

A heartfelt, throbbing piano-laced ballad with a sound like raindrops on the dancefloor,’Little Waterfall’ is described by frontman McChesney as “A plea for somebody to open up and let their true emotions show”.

“Crying in front of a person you care about leaves you extremely vulnerable, but I think there’s a certain beauty in vulnerability,” he explains.

“It shows that we’re human. We feel things that everybody feels. I always try to be somebody that can be trusted in that aspect, so it’s definitely a song that reflects my past experiences – not only in relationships but in friendships too.

“The song has been in the works for about a year now,” the frontman continues. “It was one of the first songs I wrote for the project. It didn’t quite have the right energy to be a debut single but I’ve always felt a certain connection with it. I’m excited for it to be out in the open and I really hope that people can connect with the song in the same way I do.”

Give it a listen below and keep an eye out for new music and live dates from EVERCHANGE in the not-too-distant future.
