Marilyn Manson Prays With Kanye West At Sunday Service Livestream

The budding bromance between the artist formerly known as Kanye West and alleged abuser Marilyn Manson continues. Manson joined Ye for the Halloween relaunch of Ye’s Sunday Service performance series over the weekend.

Ye formed the Sunday Service Choir in early 2019 to re-orchestrate many of his secular hits into soul and gospel numbers. The latest performance centred on material from Ye’s latest album, DONDA, and included his Christian buddy Justin Bieber as well as the famously Satanic Manson.

Roddy Ricch was also on hand to re-enact his role on DONDA’S ‘Pure Souls’, but it was Manson’s appearance that raised the most questions. Manson co-wrote two Donda tracks, ‘Jail’ and ‘Jail, Pt. 2’, the latter of which features his vocals. He previously joined Ye onstage at the album’s pre-release livestream event at Chicago’s Soldier Field.

Earlier this year, Manson’s ex-fiance Evan Rachel Wood came forward with allegations of abuse against the 52 year old shock rocker. “The name of my abuser is Brian Warner, also known to the world as Marilyn Manson,” she wrote on Instagram in February.

Several more women have levelled accusations of abuse at Manson this year, including a woman known as “Jane Doe” who took Manson to court in Los Angeles on claims he raped and threatened to kill her.

In addition to these outstanding allegations, Manson has a long history of anti-Christian behaviour, dating back to his second album, Antichrist Superstar. According to reporting from Rock Feed (linked below), Manson could be seen joining Ye in prayer and reaching out to put his hand on Ye’s shoulder during a prayer.
