When the folks behind Wollongong festival Yours & Owls teased they’d be back bigger and better in 2022, they weren’t messing around.
The full lineup is here, and it is certainly voluminous. After this year’s COVID-safe event at Wollongong’s Dalton Park, the 2022 festival will return to Wollongong’s beach-hugging Stuart Park. At the top of the (predominantly local) lineup is Australian hip hop trio, Hilltop Hoods.
They’re joined by skip hop contemporaries Bliss N Eso, Aotearoa pop singer BENEE, Sydney electronic stayers Flight Facilities, triple j indie faves The Jungle Giants, club pop duo Peking Duk, alt-rock/grunge peddlers Violent Soho, and Faker—yeah, Faker.
The further down you scroll, the more interesting the lineup becomes, with the likes of Barkaa, Jen Cloher, Miiesha, Surprise Chef, 1300, Clamm and Nooky all on board.
Yours & Owls 2022 will take place two weeks before Easter, on Saturday, 2nd and Sunday, 3rd April. Check out the full lineup below. Pre-sale tickets go on sale at 9am AEDT on Tuesday, 16th November. General public tickets are on sale via Moshtix at 9am AEDT on Thursday, 18th November.
