Californian surf pop group Best Coast have announced a return Australian tour for this January and February, while out here on the back of their appearances on the Big Day Out 2012 line-up. They’ll be playing two shows, one in Sydney and one in Melbourne.
In 2010 Best Coast released Crazy For You and quickly became the band of the summer. Taking the good vibrations of Californian sunshine and carefree attitudes, the band made pretty much every BEST OF 2010 list you can find.

Catching the eye and ear of Drew Barrymore, this year the star made her music video directorial debut creating a celebrity-heavy clip for the album track Our Deal (watch below).
After a year of touring the world and collaborating with the likes of Johnny Marr, Weezer, Vampire Weekend and Wavves, Best Coast return to our shores for the summer. This time around, Best Coast return as a four-piece, expanding and developing their warm, fuzzy and oh-so-ever summery tunes on the live stage.
