The Chats have shared the new single, ‘I’ve Been Drunk In Every Pub In Brisbane’. The 90-second punk rock tune arrives a day after it was announced that The Chats would be supporting Guns N’ Roses on their November Australian tour.
‘I’ve Been Drunk In Every Pub In Brisbane’ is set to feature on The Chats’ forthcoming second album, GET F*CKED, which is due out on Friday, 19th August. The Sunny Coast trio will show off their new album with a national tour in September 2022, two months before the GN’R support stint.

‘I’ve Been Drunk In Every Pub In Brisbane’ showcases the blazing spirit that’s seen The Chats win over an international audience. The track is an ode to the watering holes that frontman Eamon Sandwith became familiar with during his first years living in Brisbane.
“Brisbane is quite a bit hotter than the rest of the country,” Sandwith said of the new single. “It’s one of those places where it’s more acceptable to start drinking earlier.
“I reckon there would be 900 or so pubs that you would have to hit, and I have actually been to a good chunk of them, but if you were go to all of them, it would be hard to even remember which ones you’d been to, and which ones you hadn’t, especially if you’d got fking pissed.”
