The Kills have ended last week in the Christmas spirit after recording a cover of Silent Night for BBC 6 music. The track takes even more of a sombre tone than what you would normally hear, Alison Mosshart’s vocals sounding a little more lonesome. The lyrics are changed slightly as well, just to add a little more sorrow.
The duo were recently out here on the Splendour in the Grass 2011 line-up, and are currently touring on their latest album Blood Pressures.
