Velvet Revolver played their first show in over four years on Friday night in Hollywood and you can watch some fan footage of the show (below). Scott Weiland, Slash, Duff McKagan, Matt Sorum, and Dave Kushner reformed to play at a charity concert for Kushner’s longtime friend, John O’Brien.
Velvet Revolver only played four songs including a cover of Pink Floyd’s Wish You Were Here, and according to fans the band are as tight as ever. However there are no immediate plans for any other reunion shows.
When asked about the band’s future plans by Rolling Stone last week, Kushner said:
I know everyone’s got other commitments, but I think everyone’s like, ‘Let’s get this thing done and get through this and then we’ll see’.
