Watch: Ladyhawke ‘Black White & Blue’ (Video Premiere)

Ladyhawke aka Pip Brown has released a new video clip for her first single Black White & Blue. The single was debuted a few weeks ago on Zane Lowe’s BBC1 Radio show, and is taken from her upcoming new album Anxiety.

Filmed in Auckland in late 2011, the video was directed by Tabitha Denholm (who has previously worked with Florence & The Machine among many others) and is a remake of the 1970’s classic film The Eyes Of Laura Mars that starred the fantastic Faye Dunaway. The new album was also recorded in New Zealand and France earlier this year by producer and long-time collaborator Pascal Gabriel and features ten songs.

Pip recently commented on the new release, saying:

“I’ve made an album I’m really proud of, so I just can’t wait to start playing with the band again, and touring and having some fun. I can’t wait to get back into it”.
