Adele Gives The Brit Awards The Finger

Adele was a little bit stroppy last night at The Brit Awards after having her speech cut off so that Blur could play.

Being awarded the Brit for Best Album of the Year by George Michael, Adele only got to speak very briefly, saying “nothing makes me prouder than coming here with six Grammys… I’m so proud to be British and flying the flag,” before being cut off by host James Cordon so that Blur could play, flipping the bird to Cordon and the ITV1 audience at home as she closed her speech. I’d like to think Damon Albarn did it to piss her off, but knowing the Brits, they were probably just really poorly organised.
