Frank Ocean’s commercial release of his mixtape album Nostalgia/Ultra has been scrapped according to a post by Ocean on his tumblr last night. The release was dubbed Nostalgia Lite and was due to be released as a 7-track EP with bonus tracks.
“What I look like a year later re-releasing my last album? Not icey. Bitch I’m icey.”
Yesterday Ocean uploaded a new track Whip Appeal, which was reportedly supposed to feature on the re-release.
His song White will appear on the upcoming Odd Future album OF Tape Vol 2., which is due out on iTunes on the 23rd March.
