Fred Durst Threatens To Fire DJ Lethal And John Otto

Fred Durst isn’t happy with DJ Lethal and drummer John Otto’s partying habits and has threatened to fire them if they don’t clean up their act. The band recently signed with Lil Wayne’s Cash Money Records and plan on releasing a new album in the near future, and Durst is happy to do it without the 2 original members if they don’t sort out their issues.

TMZ contacted DJ Lethal, who hasn’t happy with the recent revelations:

We’ve worked together the last 4 years to bring Limp Bizkit back to where it is today … and to just be thrown out on the street after the band gets a new deal and a new chance at life isn’t cool.

You can’t push away the people who helped you get there. The fans should know that if 2/5 of the original band are not playing at the concerts, it wont be truthful to them.

Durst seems to have a renewed work ethic since signing with Cash Money. Last week it was revealed he is working on an EP with Slipknot member, Sid Wilson. Speaking with NME about the collaboration Wilson said:

It’s great to work with Fred, he understands the harder edge of the world that I’m into.
