Yep that’s right, the 90’s pop revival continues, this time with East 17 coming out of the woodwork to reform and tour Australia. Coming out way back in 1992 with their massive hit House Of Love that sparked 20 million albums, eighteen top 20 singles, and four top 10 albums, they’re back into it again after breaking up in 1997.
This time around only three of the original four will be touring. Brian Harvey, otherwise known as “the one that sang”, will not be joining them, with main songwriter Tony Mortimer, otherwise known as “the one that kind of rapped” to be taking over the whole vocal duties. Joining Mortimer will be Terry Coldwell and John Hendy, otherwise known as “those two guys that danced in the background”.
They also plan to release new music soon.
