Dinosaur Jr. will be releasing a new album titled I Bet on Sky, which will be the legendary stoner rock’s tenth studio effort. The album follows up on 2009’s Farm, which saw the reunion of the original lineup continue their work more than 20 years after their formation and legendary dissolution.
With the release of Beyond, in 2007, and Farm in 2009, the band gave a hearty Marshall-driven “F**K YOU!” answer to those inquiring ears. Restoring the sound established by the opening hat-trick gambit of Dinosaur, You’re Living All Over Me, and Bug, those records continued the band’s march into rock greatness. Now the original lineup – J Mascis, Lou Barlow, and Murph – are set to release I Bet on Sky on their label on 17th September through [PIAS].
