A woman caught up in Chris Brown and Drake’s New York nightclub fight is planning to sue “the people responsible” for the incident, according to TMZ.
Lucy Pavlosky, who was sitting in the VIP section of the WIP Nightclub when the fight took place, claims she suffered a gash in her arm during the fight, which saw her taken to a local hospital for 12 stitches and a tetanus shot.
Lucy’s lawyer, Javier Solano, told TMZ his client’s arm was “gushing blood” when she left the club, and that Lucy was interviewed by NYPD officers on Friday, who are gathering evidence for a possible criminal complaint.
Solano said Lucy’s lawsuit would be against the club — but hinted the singers could also be included, saying his team was “exploring all options on who will become a defendant.”
“I can assure you that regardless of fame, money or stature, the people responsible will be held accountable.”
