Nada Surf Return To Tour Australia This September

New York indie rockers Nada Surf have confirmed that they will be returning to our shores in support of their latest release The Stars Are Indifferent To Astronomy.

The band is admired the whole world over and has maintained a healthy presence since their inception in 1996 with their first full length album High/Low. The Stars Are Indifferent To Astronomy is the seventh studio album from the band, who have made a habit of regular releases.

The band is probably best known for 2002’s Let Go. With their ultra-mellow, perfect indie rock vibe, they continue to be crowd favourites all over The States, South America and the UK, though it’s rare that they announce a tour to Australia. But they’ll be gone almost as quickly as they come, only locking in three shows: for Brisbane Festival, Sydney at the Annandale Hotel, and Melbourne at The Corner Hotel.

The band has promised fans that the setlist will be comprised of songs spanning their entire 16-year career.
