Gallows To Release Self-Titled Album On September 10

Soundwave-bound UK punksters Gallows will release their self-titled third studio album on September 10. The album was recorded, produced, mixed and mastered by longtime friends Thomas Mitchener and Steve Sears earlier this year, and will be released through the band’s own label, Venn Records.

The band reckon they’ll be silencing their haters as well – stating that the album is “our statement of intent, our laugh in the face of those who said Gallows were done when in reality we’re just warming up,” they continue. “We couldn’t feel more vindicated and proud. The first single to be lifted from the record is Outsider Art, which frontman Wade describes as one of many stories about “getting lost on the road”.

“I’ve spent the last 10 years of my life getting lost on the road,” explains frontman Wade. “There’s some dark stories to tell. Outsider Art is just one of them.”

A special edition version of the album will also include a DVD documentary, which the band promise will provide “a fascinating and often hilarious insight into the world of Gallows over the last few months”.
