The Joy Formidable are back, and they are not messing around. The Welsh group unveiled the track, with an amazing video, earlier today. Titled Wolf’s Law the single sees the band take a slightly calmer approach to their music, creating a beautiful progressive crescendo. The video itself contains footage that some National Geographic directors would envy, and contains some stuff that fills David Attenborough with copious amounts of joy.
Wolf’s Law is the first single form the band’s forthcoming album, which is yet to be named. With the expected release date in mid-January, the band will soon finish up recording before embarking on a world tour, hopefully stopping Down Under (Splendour? Please?). Further details about the album are yet to be announced, but they are expected to trickle in as the day draws nearer. Be sure to watch the video in 1080p HD, as that 240 and 480 shit just won’t cut it with this masterpiece.
