Lamb Of God Defence Fund Auction

The plight of Lamb of God’s frontman Randy Blythe has been well documented by Music Feeds. Earlier in the year the singer was detained in Prague on charges of manslaughter due to a fan passing away from head injuries sustained after allegedly being pushed off the stage by Bylthe during a Lamb of God concert in 2010.

After spending five weeks in a Czech prison, Bylthe was finally able to return to the States,> and once home he released a statement explaining his intentions to fully cooperate with any and all legal proceedings.

In order to do so, however, Bylthe needs to cover the cost of the continually mounting legal fees and thus Lamb of God has begun an online auction of unique band-related items. According to Loudwire, the band have put up for purchase a selection of equipment and instruments used by Lamb of God in music videos or in the studio.

Along with Lamb of God, many other musical heavyweights have followed suit in an effort to support Blythe, with acts such as Machine Head, Five Finger Death Punch and Slash also putting possessions up for auction. For many fans who are eager to help out financially, this auction is a chance to reward themselves by helping Bylthe, who has maintained his innocence during and since his incarceration.

If you’re keen to get your hands on some memorabilia while supporting Blythe, you can place your bid on Ebay here…
