Having only recently announced this year’s lineup, fans are already charged to get their grubby little hands on some tickets for Festival of the Sun 2012, taking place at Port Macquarie’s Breakwall Tourist Park over two days, December 14-15.
With a bill that boasts pop sensation Kimbra, hip hop maestros Hermitude, rock’n’rollers DZ Deathrays, indie darlings The Cairos and oodles or other local talents, this year’s Festival of the Sun lineup is a must for fans of Australian and adopted New Zealand music.
For those wanting to attend Festival of the Sun 2012, tickets for the festival go on sale from 10am (Australian Eastern Standard Time, presumably) on September 5, 2012. However, with only 3000 tickets available, be sure to be ready and waiting for when the clock turns 10 coz this bad boy is gonna sell out like a motherfucker!
Festival of the Sun is an 18’s + event and children under 10 are free accompanied by an adult, BYO rules still apply, strictly no glass. General admissions tickets go on sale from 10am, September 5th for $160 + BF per person and include two nights free beachside camping on Friday 14th and Saturday 15th December. Various on-site cabin accommodation/ticket packages are available in conjunction with Sundowner Breakwall Tourist Park.
