With Tame Impala’s psychedelic blaster of a second album Lonerism now officially part of the musical landscape, the boys from Perth are packing up their gear and heading across our great southern land, hitting most capital cities along the way.
When Music Feeds caught up with Tame Impala’s Kevin Parker and Dom Simper last week, the lads revealed plans to tour sometime in December. The first show that became official was a gig on December 14 at the historic Enmore Theatre in Sydney. Now Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and, of course, Perth have been added to Tame Impala’s itinerary.
The timing of these newly announced dates strongly suggests that Tame Impala may be available for some summer festivals. Be sure to keep an eye out on Music Feeds for a few second lineup announcements expected soon.
