Pacha, the self-described “world’s most spectacular music and entertainment experience” will make its official Sydney launch on Saturday, 24 November. Supposedly more impressive than Step Brother’s ‘Prestige Worldwide’, Pacha will take up residency at Sydney’s Ivy every Saturday night.
Whereas many nightclubs can only cover dark, sweaty dance floors and super loud music to soundtrack your long-ass wait at the bar, Pacha will overload your senses with an array of street performers, professional dancers, aerialists, and psychedelic projections (in case you took measures to forgo the bar queue).
With Ivy being comprised of 10 bars spread across 4 levels, Pacha promises to be “a mad burlesque of circus”, which you can explore at your own whim. Merivale CEO Justin Hemmes says he can’t wait for Pacha to kick off in under a month.
“I am thrilled to be launching Pacha Sydney this summer at Ivy. Bringing together theatre and music, we’ve handpicked the best in the industry to create this unique experience for Sydney that is sure to achieve the high Pacha benchmark loved by so many around the world – I can’t wait to open the doors,” Hemmes said in a press release.
