Luke Slater’s Planetary Assault Systems Coming To Peats Ridge

For the very first time Luke Slater is bringing his Planetary Assault Systems live show to Australia as a part of Peats Ridge 2012. Comprised of 2 Macbook Pro laptops, 2 VCM controllers, a Korg Mono/poly synth and a Roland TR 909 drum machine coupled with live visuals, PAS is more than Luke Slater simply deejaying.

Slater is a longstanding figure in the realm of techno music. At the forefront of his profession since the 90s, Slater’s genre-melting Planetary Assault Systems moniker has dazzled crowds for years. Peats Ridge’s founder and director Matt Grant has personally expressed his excitement to have Slater on the 200+ act strong lineup.

Peats Ridge is located in the Glenworth Valley on the Central Coast and takes place from December 29, 2012 to January 1, 2013, with over 200 acts across 10 stages. Among the headlining acts are John Butler Trio, Sharon Jones and The Dap Kings, The Black Seeds, 65daysofstatic, Krafty Kuts vs A.Skillz and The Herd.
