Looking for something a bit more supercharged than carols to blast out during your Christmas celebrations over the next few days?
US punks NOFX have come to your rescue, releasing the video for their latest single Xmas Has Been X’ed. And it’s a pretty damn jolly one as well.
The band are all dressed up in Santa suits, belting out the tune in a van and in various other spots. There’s also footage of them mingling with fans, playing games and drinking with randoms around town, who are all definitely in the Christmas spirit as well. NOFX released their self-titled album earlier this year. It was filled with heaps of covers “written by rather obscure American hardcore bands” from the 1980s, which was when the band were starting out. For the EP the band have covered songs by the likes of Necros, Social Unrest, and Stretch Marks.
