Listen: Bring Me The Horizon Reveal New Track ‘Antivist’

With Soundwave 2013 now so close you can almost taste it, Bring Me The Horizon have released a brand-new track, Antivist, from their forthcoming album, Sempiternal.

Antivist is the second preview to be released from the album. Already we’ve heard Shadow Moses, so we are getting a pretty good idea of what we can expect from the release. Gone are Oliver Sykes’s brutal lows, and he seems to have traded in his as-close-to-white-noise-as-possible vocals for a much cleaner, melodic sound.

The band are making good use of their newest addition, keyboardist Jordan Fish. Unlike previous records, the guitar seems to be taking a back seat to the vocals and lyrics, which could shed some light on the departure of Jona from the band.

It’s a fairly catchy jam that features one of the biggest c-bomb’s I’ve personally ever heard by a metalcore band – it’s pretty awesome.

Sempiternal will be out Tuesday, 30th April.
