‘Arrested Development’ Gets 9 New In-Jokey Character Posters

Season 4 of Arrested Development was officially announced last week, due to kick off on Netflix on 26th May, and the promo campaign continues with some unconventional character posters.

As you can see in the below gallery, each character is represented by an object associated with them during previous seasons of the show, which makes you realise just how iconic this show has truly become – fans seeing these images captioned with the classic Arrested font laid out on the show’s signature palette will instantly be reminded of classic moments from seasons 1-3.

Producer Mitch Hurwitz, who I wouldn’t mind kissing between the cheeks, announced last week that 15 new episodes of Arrested Development will be available exclusively on Netflix from Sunday, 26th May at 12:01 AM Pacific time precisely and, like all Netflix-produced series, season 4 will be released in one heaping chunk of funny, allowing you to binge on callbacks and self-referential jokes for a good 5 or so hours.

Then you take your Forget-Me-Nows, or use your clown rag soaked in ether, and watch them all over again…if that’s the kind of person you want to be. Check out the new Arrested Development posters below.
