WATCH: Black Sabbath Debut New Track ‘End Of The Beginning’ Live In New Zealand

It’s good to see that Ozzy has pulled it together and committed to, at least, the first run of Southern Hemisphere shows with Black Sabbath. Before arriving in Australia, the band stopped by New Zealand where they debuted a previously unheard track, End Of The Beginning, from their forthcoming album 13.

From what we’ve heard, for a first album from this Sabbath line-up in 35-odd years they did a fairly good job at retaining their fury and anger. There is, however, a certain creakiness to the performance, which makes it really hard to ignore the fact that it’s actually a group of older-aged gents with a history of beef trying to recapture the glory of days gone by.

Footage of the song has already made its way online, which is super quick turnover. Unfortunately that speed comes at the expense of quality footage, which would also be fine if it wasn’t for some lame-ass Kiwi bros talking over the top of it.

Previously from 13, we’ve heard the maiden single, God Is Dead?, which the band released not too long ago.

It’s only a matter of days now until the tour hits our shores, where we are sure to get similar treatment. So, Aussie fans, expect to hear some new tunage!

Check out the footage below.
