Fuck It Dog, Life’s A Risk, or FIDLAR as they are known amongst civil company, have been the latest Splendour In The Grass feature to announce a run of sideshows, as well as their presence at the Adelaide sister event Spin Off Festival.
Compared to some of the other SITG side attractions, FIDLAR’s headlining run seems to be fairly comprehensive, hitting up Melbourne, Sydney and even making a stop off at Perth. Come Friday, 2nd August they will be performing under Of Monsters And Men who were confirmed last week as headliner for Spin Off Festival which will featured the hottest, most buzzworthy acts on the Splendour bill.
Building solid foundations with a run of early EPs, FIDLAR took things to the next level with the release of their debut eponymous full-length album, solidifying them as a key feature in the new wave of Cali-punk with the likes of The Black Lips and Wavves.
