Nine Inch Nails Drop New Single ‘Came Back Haunted’, New Album ‘Hesitation Marks’ Out September

Happy Nine Inch Nails day, everyone! Just as the band promised, today has brought with it the premiere of their first single in 5 years, Came Back Haunted, which you can listen to below, and the band has also decided to strike while the iron is hot, choosing this moment to officially announce their new album, Hesitation Marks, which will arrive this September.

Hesitation Marks has been given an international release date of Tuesday, 3rd September but there will most likely be a revised date for the Australian release. The confirmation of an album title and release date came just moments before the first single from the record Came Back Haunted hit airwaves for the first time.

Hesitation Marks will be the first album from Nine Inch Nails since 2008’s The Slip and sees them racking up a total of 28 releases from their camp, hence the tag of “Halo Twenty Eight”. As you can see from the band’s Twitter account, the band have also teased the announcement with shares of previous releases.

Below you can check out not only the new single – also available for free download – but also what looks to be the potential album artwork, which the band have only just posted on their Instagram.
