The Devil Wears Prada Confirm Forthcoming Album Release Date

They’ve been fairly vocal on the subject since they entered the studio but The Devil Wears Prada are now in a position where they can officially start plugging their new record. The follow up to 2011’s Dead Throne now has an arrival date, and an intense teaser-clip.

We can now confirm that the Adam D produced album has a street date of Tuesday, 17th September. Of course, allow for some movement there for the Australian release date, but it shouldn’t be too far off.

Apart from some pulsating alarm noise and footage of band members either laying down tracks or just walking around, the clip doesn’t provide any more clues but at least we now have a date to put in our calendars, right?

September might seem far off but the way this year is going it’ll be here before we know it, so we can expect more teasers and eventually the first singles from the release any week now, fingers crossed.

What’s more, the band will be in town this July, so we may be the first to experience some of this new tunage.
