WATCH: Nine Inch Nails Drop The Seizure-Inducing David Lynch Directed Video For ‘Came Back Haunted’

Got epilepsy? Well, then stay the hell away from the video for Nine Inch Nails‘ latest single Came Back Haunted: the shaky, flashing 4-and-a-half minute video by Mulholland Drive and Twin Peaks director David Lynch comes complete with a warning that it may induce seizures.

If you’re not epileptic, go right ahead, but maybe bring a paper bag in case you get a little motion sick, and be aware that you might have the uncontrollable urge to boogie. The clip stars the frantic, shaky face of Trent Reznor, a lot of red flashes and spots, and a lump of something that’s either a spooky face or the contents of Lynch’s stomach after a large night out – we’re not too sure.

Reznor and Lynch are no strangers, having collaborated on the killer 1997 soundtrack to Lynch’s trippy film Lost Highway. Came Back Haunted is lifted from the forthcoming eighth studio album from the industrial legends, Hesitation Marks, and is out 3rd September.
