Canyons Present Pink Gin Reveal Video For ‘Blame Me’

Pink Gin, the side project of much-loved Modular act Canyons, have dropped their bangin’ new single Blame Me, taking us back under the spell of their early club cuts like Blues Snakes and Fire Eyes and giving us a spaced out accompanying video to boot.

A psychedelic trip of a seriously strange combination of footage, the clip for Blame Me sits perfectly with the nightmarish qualities the track and its eerie spoken refrain of “You can always blame me”. It’s described as “a fresh dose of pioneering breakbeat, Dance Mania and Bush Tetras funk” from what was originally designed as a DJ tool for Canyons to bridge genres with.

The Blame Me EP on vinyl is available now from Juno and can be pre-ordered from Modular, with the digital release coming out 29th July.
