City And Colour Release Official Video For ‘Thirst’

City And Colour has today unveiled the latest addition to his video catalogue, the official clip for Thirst, the first single from his stellar new album The Hurry And The Harm.

Dallas Green hasn’t exactly re-invented the wheel as far as the concept for the clip goes, but that simply serves to draw less attention away from the actual song itself. The tune was first introduced to us with a charming lyric video and, needless to say, the track went down like a smooth shot amongst his fans.

It’s no surprise, either, considering that Thirst comes from good stock. The Hurry And The Harm debuted at #4 on the ARIA Charts, with music journalists the world over swooning over the record. Our own reviewer called it “testament to one of the most consistently genuine and heartfelt bands on the scene,” and it’s hard to argue with that point.

Dallas Green is the man of the moment, as far as Australia is concerned. Just yesterday the singer-songwriter sweetheart announced a run of two intimate solo acoustic performances Down Under with a promise that more shows will be announced before the end of the year.
