Tonight Alive Announce Australian Tour, September 2013

Pop punk powerhouse Tonight Alive have announced their return to Australia for a run of national headlining tour dates this September, bringing fellow scene royalty Hands Like Houses and D at Sea along for the trip. The shows come after a short promotional tour earlier in the year, and should see fans exposed to not just the old favourites but also new material off upcoming album The Other Side, also due in September.

So far this year we’ve seen a fair amount of activity from the outfit. First up they released their collaboration with Benji Madden Breakdown, followed by the release of album track The Ocean, all the while zig-zagging their way across the world, proving themselves to be one of our most successful musical exports in recent memory.

Back in May, Tonight Alive found time to return home for a run of 3 shows to drive home the impact of their new material, and this tour is far more expansive. You can be sure that the band’s previously releases, 2010’s All Shapes And Disguises and Consider This EP’s as well as their 2012 full-length debut What Are You So Scared Of? will be well represented during their shows.

This September tour should also serve very well as a warm up to the band’s dates on Vans Warped Tour Australia. Tickets are on sale 9am Friday, 26th July through http://www.livenation.com.au
