Moshtix Goes Independent And Gets A New Look

It’s been a big 2013 for Moshtix so far, who are now not only celebrating their 10th year in the game but also making the call to move out from the spare room of parent company News Ltd. and continue business independently.

Moshtix top dogs Harley Evans and Vanessa Bond have announced they will be operating the company themselves under The Ticket Group, of which Moshtix will be the flagship entity. Speaking of the move, Evans has commented, “The team’s energy and enthusiasm is infectious and I’m really excited about new announcements we will be making shortly.”

Big news has already come from the Moshtix camp, with the brand announcing that, since the take over, Moshtix has since become the ticketing option of choice for venues such as Ivy nightclub, Pacha Sydney and OAF.

To mark the event, Moshtix has given their brand design a cheeky nip and tuck, though it’s not all aesthetics, with a series of platform capabilities introduced as well.

Though the move officially happened back in June, News Ltd., as any concerned parent would, will be supporting Moshtix in varying areas for the foreseeable future including advertising sales.
