Australia’s own five-piece pop-punk powerhouse Tonight Alive have debuted tracks from their upcoming new album, The Other Side, via their official YouTube VEVO account, with additional commentary from lead singer Jenna McDougall.
Their latest album is set for an Aussie release of 6th September through Sony Records Australia and follows the unveiling of their latest single, Lonely Girl. In the track-by-track commentary, singer McDougall described the track as “written about a friendship I had in high school. The lyrics really talk about realising that not everybody wants to be saved and that you can’t help everyone.”
McDougall went in-depth on a number of the album’s 12 tracks, including the songs Hell and Back and Don’t Wish, which you can check out below. The band recently announced that they will be playing a run of Australian headline shows, kicking off this Thursday at the Hi-Fi in Sydney, to celebrate the new album.
