Fans are still wrapping their heads around Justin Timberlake’s latest album The 20/20 Experience, but that’s not stopping the man from pushing on with the heavily discussed Part 2. After a very brief teaser period, JT has today unveiled the second single from The 20/20 Experience Pt 2, the electronically informed TKO.
The track was produced by long-term collaborator Timbaland, so don’t be surprised when you randomly hear his voice interjecting at random moments, often reiterating the last few words of a previous sentence. Classic Timbaland.
The track – which definitely has a Justified vibe to it – explores a scenario where J.Tizzbanger sees a former flame out with another man, realising he still has feelings for her. Juzzy T’s last single, Take Back The Night, raised the ire of an anti-rape organisation of the same name, so we’re predicting a less risqué video clip for the new track than, say, Tunnel Vision.
While he might be good at singing and dancing, and passable as an actor, Tizzy B is turrrrrible at teasing. The crooner began to tease fans with posts on social media earlier today but it only took a matter of hours before he crumbled and released the whole track.
The 20/20 Experience Pt. 2 will be released next Friday, 27th September, and will also be available as a Complete Experience package along with Pt. 1.
