Future Music Festival 2014 Resurrects Cocoon Stage, Adds New Artist To Lineup

Future Music Festival 2014 ticket-holders now have even more reason to celebrate. Not only is the lineup for FMF 2014 one of the festival’s biggest and most eclectic yet, but organisers are happy to announce German EDM legend Sven Vath will be bringing his Cocoon Stage back to FMF.

After a successful debut at the most recent Future Music Festival back in March, icon of techno and undisputed King of Ibiza, Sven Vath will return with his stage of techno and house delights, bringing friends Luciano, Dubfire, Maya Jane Coles and Guy Gerber in tow.

New addition to the FMF 2014 lineup, the Chilean-born Luciano is an award-winning DJ and producer with six years in residence at Ibiza’s notorious Circo Loco under his belt, famous for his charisma behind the decks, his Cadenza label and his infamous club nights “Cadenza Vagabundos.”

Meanwhile, the man himself, Sven Vath is hot off the heels of another successful stint at Ibiza’s legendary Amnesia, with 2014 marking his sixth season at FMF. In addition to the other hot acts set to play the Cocoon Stage, Sven will be adding local artists to the stage line-up in each city.

“It’s been an amazing six years and I really feel proud to be part of Future Music Festival,” says Sven. Future Music Festival 2014 is truly set to go off, with an immense lineup and now what Resident Advisor have called “the best underground house and techno party in Ibiza.”
