Footage of Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds performing a previously unheard track titled Give Us A Kiss has surfaced online, taken from the band’s performance at London’s Eventim Apollo. The band have just completed a UK tour, debuting the track at their opening night performance in Brighton.
The sombre new track, which recalls the band’s work on 1997 LP The Boatman’s Call, was played during the band’s gigs in London, Manchester, Glasgow and Edinburgh. The band was touring in support of their most recent studio album, Push The Sky Away, released back in February this year.
The band’s next release, due Monday, 2nd December, will be their fourth live album, titled Live From KCRW. Recorded during a KCRW radio session at Apogee Studio in LA, the album will feature songs from Push The Sky Away as well as hits from the rest of the band’s thirty year discography.
