Mikhael Paskalev Announces East Coast Tour

Norwegian folk-pop authority Mikhael Paskalev has been called “the best thing to come out of Oslo since fjörds,” and now this unique and charismatic singer-songwriter is bringing that momentum to Australia with a run of East Coast shows that kick off in Brisbane in March.

The story goes that Paskalev played his first gig at 14 in front of a group of bikies. Fast-forward to 2013 and he’s a rising star in his homeland of Scandinavia and charming and delighting audiences with fresh, sun-kissed songs, some inspired by the cult David Lynch TV show, Twin Peaks.

General public tickets for Mikhael Paskalev’s headline East Coast tour go on sale 10am Wednesday, 13th November, but Paskalev has announced an exclusive pre-sale for especially eager fans. The pre-sale kicks off 12pm Monday, 11th November and runs till 12pm the next day.

UPDATE: Mikhael Paskalev has announced that joining him on his debut Australian tour will be Sydney songstresses Little May, who’ll be riding the wave of momentum generated by their latest single, Hide, the follow-up to their awesome debut single, Boardwalks.
