Steve Irwin Gets The Inspiring Auto-Tune Treatment

Steve Irwin is making a comeback from beyond the grave, with YouTuber Melody Sheep taking to the internerds to deliver Wildest Things In The World, a musical tribute to the late, great Crocodile Hunter seven years after the king of wildlife met his untimely demise.

As the ancient proverb goes, the only thing better than Autotune is a wild croc, but why choose one when you can have both? Melody Sheep is the alter ago of John D. Boswell from Symphony Of Science, who also brought us A Glorious Dawn, the tribute to science greats Carl Sagan and Stephen Hawking.

Take a look at the three minutes of Steve Irwin catchphrase glory below, but don’t say we didn’t warn you if you get “Holy smokes!” stuck in your head on a loop. The track is available to buy online and who knows – maybe we’ll see a tour via hologram technology. If it’s good enough for Tupac, it’s good enough for Our Steve.
