Hannah Gadsby’s Gut-Wrenching ‘Nanette’ Gets A Cheeky Trailer Before Netflix Release

Aussie comedian Hannah Gadsby’s devastating and award-winning stand-up swansong ‘Nanette’ will arrive on Netflix on 19th June, it has been announced.

The show, which was recorded at the Sydney Opera House in January following a string of sold-out dates, is pretty much guaranteed to make you cry with laughter, but also just cry a lot, as Netflix points out.

It has also just received its first official trailer, which you can watch below.

Gadsby has said the show will be her last before she retires from stand-up comedy, and she’s currently performing it in New York until the end of June.

The show has won top prizes at both the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, as well as gongs at the Helpmann Awards and the Adelaide Fringe Festival.

If you missed it live, don’t miss the Netflix release.
