RollerDisco: The Halloween Edition!

Written by Alex Langlands on September 16, 2012

Well it’s that time of year again: the Halloween events for 2012 have started to be promoted, and what better way to start it than a bit of Roller Disco. Yeah, it’s something that your parents did back in the day, and something that you may stumble across whilst reading 80s magazines. Yet those few who attend the 80’s Aerobics night on Tuesdays in Surry Hills know just how fun getting nostalgic can be.

Although it’s not actually 80s inspired, with a vast array of DJs spinning everything from hip hop, disco, funk and everything in-between. What’s even better is that it’s only $10 for entry, and a little extra for skate hire. The Halloween-themed event will showcase some of Australia’s hidden four-wheeled talent, alongside the lack of talent for that one drunk girl who seems to be at every party.

So get those costumes out, get those skates on and groove your way down to The Roundhouse October 27th for a night filled of pure awesomeness. Aw yeah, it’s boogie time!

RollerDisco: Halloween Edition
October 27th
The Roundhouse, Sydney

General Admission (non skating) $10
BYO Skates $23
Skate Hire $28
+ booking fee (more on the door)
