PREMIERE: Almond Soy’s New Video For ‘I Could Be The One’ Will Hit You Right In The Feels

Perth’s Almond Soy have unveiled a simple but powerful new music video for their fresh indie-pop jam ‘I Could Be The One’.

Premiering exclusively via Music Feeds today, the minimalistic performance-based clip depicts the push and pull of new love, both the unease and the quiet, tender moments.

“‘I Could Be The One’ was the final track written for our debut EP Social Misfit, and it came together came almost seamlessly,” the band explains.

“There are themes influenced by personal experiences in there, touching on the grey areas and uncertainty of relationships. It was recorded and produced with Dylan Ollivierre (The Money War) last September at his home studio, and we set out to produce a lo-fi soundscape with a solid groove. The video is a reflection of those lyrical themes in the song, and was a collaboration between the band and director Mason Flemming.”
