Much more tangible, and potentially symbolic, for Australian urban culture is the return of Melbourne’s 1200 Techniques — MC N’fa Jones, DJ/producer Peril and guitarist Kemstar — who have been on hiatus since 2004.
Australian hip hop pioneers 1200 Techniques are back together and have broken their decade of silence with the announcement of their aptly titled new EP Time Has Come, due out on Friday, 23rd January. Vocalist N’fa Forster-Jones, known as Nfamas within 1200 Techniques, recently took some time out to tell Music Feeds why the trio are delving into new music, and what their plans are
