The dramas for the embattled Heatwave Festival simply won’t go away. After organisers went into voluntary administration, handing control over to Ferrier Hogdson, the liquidators sought legal action against would-be headliners D12, who simply failed to show up to the festival. But the rap group is nowhere to be found, and therefore cannot be served.
D12 have released an Australian Exclusive new track Fame in celebration of their recent tour just this week. The track not only features Eminem (Marshall Mathers), but was also mixed and mastered by Eminem himself in Detroit. Heatwave Festival organisers have announced Kid Cudi as their headliner for the January 2012 events in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Canberra, Melbourne and the 3-day camping event held at Middleton, SA. January 12-15 will kick off the tour at Middleton, “in the middle of nowhere”. The camping leg of the tour boasts acts such as Kid
