50 Cent Is Producing His Own Variety Show ’50 Cent Presents’

The multitasking, multitalented 50 Cent is developing a variety series called 50 Cent Presents with A&E TV in the US.

Executively produced by and starring Curtis ’50 Cent’ Jackson himself, the new show will apparently include sketch and stand-up comedy, music and dance, celebrity guest appearances, magic, and something dubiously called “reality experiments.”

“I grew up watching variety shows and am excited to put my own spin on the format,” said the man Jackson himself. “I want to show the world the best of the best.”

A&E’s head of programming Elaine Frontain Bryant said that the ambitious project sets out to “redefine the traditional variety show”.

“50 Cent is the perfect partner to refresh this classic format. He is a true tastemaker across industries.”

Fiddy became a lot more than a musician years ago. He is recognised as an actor, a successful entrepreneur, an investor and a record, film and television producer.

Maybe this latest venture will help him out of his current debt problem. 50 filed for bankruptcy last year after being sued for releasing a sex tape without permission, however, the court has since questioned why he filed for bankruptcy after the rapper uploaded photos of wads of cash on Instagram. He’s since claimed the photos are fake.

In terms of music, he released his last album Animal Ambition: An Untamed Desire to Win in 2014.
