Ace Frehley: Australian Tour October 2009

Written by Daniel Clarke on September 24, 2009

His trademark black-white-and-silver facepaint is one of the most recognizable images in rock history. He is the only Axeman who has played on every major KISS album. He is one of the most influential guitarists in rock history and the reason countless youths started playing guitar.

He was everyone’s favorite when he was in Kiss – nobody is cooler than Ace. The smoking guitar, the original and screaming lead guitar, the voice! He has a successful solo career, which started with the release of his Kiss solo album, which was the most successful of the 4 and the only one to spawn a hit single “New York Groove”. He has just released what will undoubtedly become his most successful solo album, “Anomaly”, which includes the stone cold instant classic “Outer Space”

He is the Spaceman, Ace Frehley and he will be here in Australia for his first ever solo tour in October.
