Massive Alice Cooper Billboard Stolen From Enmore Theatre

Written by John Ritchie on July 21, 2011

Alice Cooper’s Sydney fans have gone wild for the announcement of his theatre appearances this September as part of the Soundwave Revolution Festival. So much so, that last night in the torrential rain, the Alice Cooper billboard erected high above Sydney’s Enmore Theatre was robbed!

Was it you or one of your mates? If so you’re in luck, Chugg Entertainment will be offering 2 x tickets to the Sydney show on Alice Cooper’s No More Mr Nice Guy tour on Monday 26th September at the Enmore Theatre to anyone who can offer any information of the billboard’s whereabouts.

A representative from Century Venues alerted the Chugg office this morning of the missing artwork; saying that : the 3 x 4 metre billboard had been untied from the framework and stolen, with no traces of how. Scaling the awning and ascending somehow to the billboard framework, several metres above the awning, the stealth mission was no mean feat. It is also clear that this was no blow away Alice; as the billboard on the other side of the framework remained completely intact.

Would you dob a mate in for some Alice Cooper tickets?
