Angels & Airwaves Stream New Track ‘Bullets In The Wind’, Share ‘Wolfpack’ Video

The other project of Blink-182 singer and guitarist Tom DeLonge, Angels & Airwaves, will release their fifth full-length album, The Dream Walker, this December and in anticipation they’ve shared the new video for the album’s track, The Wolfpack, as well as a brand new song Bullets In The Wind.

Tom DeLonge describes Bullets as “a left turn,” for the band, suited to “vintage Angels fans” according to AP. “[It’s] a song referencing the ‘transistor radio’—a dream of bringing rock and roll back to the forefront of modern music.”

The new tunes and the accompanying dark Wolfpack video, directed by Mark Eaton, will feature on the band’s first full-length since 2011’s Love: Part Two. The Dream Walker was self-produced by DeLonge and bandmate Ilan Rubin, and is accompanied by a short film, Poet Anderson: The Dream Walker, which was screened at the 2014 Toronto International Short Film Festival.

Angels & Airwaves has gone through a series of lineup changes over the years, and this year became a duo with DeLonge and Nine Inch Nails drummer Ilan Rubin. The upcoming record will be the first album the outfit have recorded since the death of sound engineer Jeff “Critter” Newel, often regarded as a member of the band by themselves and fans alike.

The Dream Walker is available for pre-order now, and will be released in December. Watch The Wolfpack video and stream Bullets In The Wind below.
